1. Sarasota New Year’s Eve Event Schedule
   - Enjoy the food, fun and games up and down Main Street
   - Budweiser Party Express at Five Points (entertainment starts at 8pm thru 2am)
   - 11pm Human Cannonball flies 150 feet thru the air from 2008 into 2009
   - Midnight countdown to 2009 – watch the pineapple drop 120 feet
   - A Blizzard fills the skies and street
2. The Other End of Main Street – near Sarasota Hardware and c’est la vie
   - The Entertainment Stage starts at 9pm and rocks all night
   - Midnight countdown to 2009 – watch the pineapple drop 120 feet while a spectacular blizzard fills the skies and street of downtown Sarasota.
3. First Street – Kids Fun Zone - Entrance to Kids Fun Zone on First Street
   - Big petting Zoo, elephant, camel and pony rides, moon bounces, kid rides, face painting, photos with Sponge Bob, snakes, monkeys And more. Plus clowns and magicians and kids games
4. Sarasota Circus
   - 2:30 SRQ Thrill Circus (aerial thrill acts)
   - 3:00 SRQ Circus acts with elephants
   - 4:30 SRQ Thrill Circus
   - 5:00 SRQ Circus acts with elephants
   - 6:30 SRQ Thrill Circus
   - 7:00 SRQ Circus acts with elephants
   - 8:00 pm, Kids Fun Zone closes at 8pm
5. Bavarian Festival - Starts at 9 pm till 2am
   - Tyrolean Entertainment, oom-pah bands, slap dancers, bratwurst and beer garden
6. State Street – SRQ Magic Midway
   - This year we feature Mighty Magic Midway, which plays some of the major State Fairs in the eastern US - Food, fun, games, and rides till way after midnight
7. Lemon Avenue
   - Stage outside the Gator Bar (entertainment starts at 9 pm thru 2am)
   - Midnight countdown to 2009 – watch the Pineapple drop 120 feet
   - 1am the party rocks on
